A Grand Lake man will be back in court next week on 68 charges including assault, drug and weapons counts.
Police went to a residence on Highway 2 in Grand Lake Wednesday because of an assault complaint. They had a search warrant and found nine guns, some of which were restricted. They also confiscated half a kilogram of cocaine.
23 year old Dylan Taylor Kelsey has been remanded in custody until a bail hearing Tuesday.
The sentencing of a man who bilked investors out of over a million dollars in a Ponzi scheme has been delayed.
Quintin Sponagle of Upper Vaughan was due to be sentenced yesterday after he pleaded guilty to fraud charges last month. The Crown told the judge it needed more time to contact all 200 of his victims to see if they wanted to provide victim impact statements to the court. So the judge is giving them as long as four months to do that.
