New Brunswick unemployment went unchanged in February. The 8.9% mark is the same as January, with the province only ahead of Newfoundland and Labrador and PEI. Stats Can says the national rate went down 0.2% to 6.6%.

Atlantic Fisheries Fund announced
The province will partner with DFO on a $325 million Atlantic Fisheries Fund. New Brunswick fish and seafood exports total over $1 billion annually, and the elimination of tariffs for European markets is expected to have a significant positive impact.
