The Codiac RCMP has arrested two men wanted for being unlawfully at large in the Moncton area. One suspect, 26-year-old Cody Melanson, turned himself in to police Thursday. The second man, 38-year-old David O’Connell, was arrested Thursday without incident after police received a tip from the public.
Cody Melanson has been returned to the custody of Correctional Service Canada. David O’Connell remains in police custody.
