Mr. Bon Ami statue planned for 50th anniversary of festival
Plans are on to put up a statue of Mr. Bon Ami in honour of the festival’s 50th anniversary. Dalhousie’s Mr. Bon Ami Memorial Monument Committee is getting $20,000 in funding from the province and Cedar Lodge Seniors Trust. The statue will be eight feet tall and designed by Darren Byers, who made the Scotsman statue on Campbellton’s waterfront.
