Dorchester pee-tosser case

68 year old Charles Wilfred Delorey, a convicted killer serving life in prison in the Doorchester pen; isn’t getting a new trial on a charge that he threw urine at a prison nurse in 2014.

He was convicted of assaulting Tracey Allain with a weapon in September of 2014, at the Shepody Healing Centre, the psychiatric unit at Dorchester Penitentiary.

Justice Zoel Dionne dismissed the appeal, saying trial Judge Irwin Lampert came to a reasonable verdict after hearing the evidence.
