The Campbellton Fire Department will be in the Salmon Festival parade again this year doing the boot drive. This year’s money will go to the RCVAA’s Christmas Telethon.
The department will also be in the Northern New Brunswick Fire Truck pull on July 1st. That’s a 1:00 start at Salmon Boulevard, in support of Muscular Dystrophy.
The province and New Brunswick Medical Society have established a new model for family medicine. Family Medicine New Brunswick is a team-based approach where doctors will have their own roster of patients, but also provide a service to all patients of doctors on their team. The society will manage the program, with the first team set to be in place in the fall.
