He told CBC only 115 people have signed up for the program for the unemployed since it was introduced last year. The province promised $1 million to offer it at all NBCCs and some universities.

Miss Salmon Festival crowned
Hailey Savoie has been crowned Miss Salmon Festival 2017. Last night’s pageant saw her also take Miss Talent and Miss Photogenic. Samantha Leblanc Bernier was awarded 1st Princess, Cassie Myles was 2nd Princess. Miss Fitness and Miss Congeniality went to Jasmine Landry.
