On Saturday, Camp Tidnish will mark 80 years of service to disabled persons of all ages.
The anniversary is open to everyone, and will run from 3 til 8pm on July 29th; featuring camp tours, boat rides; a barbecue, and music performed by local band called Second Toe.
Lieutenant-Colonel Bernie Thorne has been installed as the new 415 (Long Range Patrol Force Development) Squadron Commanding Officer at 14 Wing Greenwood.
He takes over from Major Serge Parisien. Parisien gives all the credit to his success with 415 Squadron to fellow members.
