Police have made an arrest in the death of a woman more than six years ago in Dartmouth.
39 year old Angela Hall was found in the hallway of an apartment building on Primrose Street in April 2011 and died in hospital a short time later.
25 year old Christian Enang Clyke of Halifax was already in custody on an unrelated matter and has now been charged with second-degree murder.
Information and Privacy Commissioner Catherine Tully wants more power to get the government to comply with her orders to release information.
Tully says it should be up to the province to have to go to court to block the release of information and not on citizens to get it released.
Tully has released 34 recommendations on modernizing and strengthening the access and privacy laws and allow for electronic disclosure.
