The Halifax-based Ecology Action Centre is worried about what it believes are “risks” by proposed oil sands supertankers passing through the Bay of Fundy.
Tanker traffic would increase due to the Energy East Pipeline project.
An information session will be at the Wolfville Farmers Market on Monday July 31 at 7 p.m.
On Tuesday, August 1st; another meeting will be at the Beacon United Church in Yarmouth at 7 p.m., followed by another on August 2nd at the Digby fire hall.
