A second Vimy Ridge oak tree has been planted in Sussex, at O’Connell Park.
That tree is one of 200 Vimy Ridge oaks that are being planted across the country this year to mark the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge.
The first Vimy Ridge tree was planted by the Sussex Legion, sponsored by the 8th Hussars Regiment.
