Water levels in the Gaspereau River have been high for longer than normal, but that could be over soon. Nova Scotia Power runs water through the system to help migration of fish, but that’s happened late this year. The hydro facility normally shuts down for the summer in mid-June, but while it runs people enjoy tubing and the like.
