Annapolis County councillors are making more money. They got a 25% raise as of last month, with a salary of about $19,000 plus an expense allowance. The warden makes double that salary, with the deputy warden making roughly $24,000. Warden Timothy Habinski told the Spectator that the raises reflect their work, and take away barriers for people to get involved.
