A Dalhousie teen has been chosen for a trip to Uganda during the ACT 4 Global Change Tour. 16-year-old Julie-Pier Leblanc is the New Brunswick representative, as picked by co-organizer Atlantic Council for International Cooperation. The tour starts Sunday and goes until the 23rd.
