Information and Privacy Commissioner Catherine Tully has released her annual report. She makes 34 recommendations for the province to modernize its access and privacy laws. They include allowing electronic disclosure, ensuring privacy when big data and other collecting is considered, and making the commissioner an independent officer of the legislature.
