A 70 year old Kings County man is facing charges after an incident Friday evening.
The RCMP got a call around 7:00pm about an accident on Butler Road in Murphy Lake. Two men from North Kentville had been in the car together when they say the 70 year old assaulted the 66 year old. They aren’t saying whether the assault happened before the accident or after, or whether it was the cause of the crash.
