Devin Morningstar has lost the appeal of his first-degree murder conviction. He was convicted of that and arson in the December 2015 death of Baylee Wylie, and alleged errors in jury instructions for the appeal. Tyler Noel pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and will be sentenced next month, Marissa Shephard is still to be tried for first-degree murder.
