The accused driver in Thursday morning’s fatal crash in Mount Denson has been charged. 25-year-old Andrew Blaine Rafuse of Lower Vaughan faces impaired driving, criminal negligence and dangerous driving causing death, and failing to stop at the scene of a crash. He’s out on a recognizance in the meantime.
