Saint John Energy CEO Ray Robinson wants the utility to generate its own energy. He told CBC about the proposed deal with the province, where Saint John Energy currently buys its power from NB Power. Solar panels and beyond would also be able to be rented by city customers, with renewable energy and added revenue seeing Robinson call it a “win-win”.
