A Dieppe man has been sentenced for being found passed out in his truck with a beer and shotgun last November. 41-year-old Serge Nicholas Stewart admitted to failing the breathalyzer and unauthorized possession of a shotgun in a motor vehicle. Other charges were withdrawn, and he was given a $4550 fine and year-long driving ban.
