Dalhousie town council is reviewing its bylaws about ATV use in town and how they access trails.
Town clerk-treasurer Gilles Legacy told The Tribune that it came to his attention after a meeting that the town’s bylaw allowing ATVs along certain streets in town may not be legal, because it was not properly registered with the province.
