A plan to capture and relocate a beluga whale stuck the Nepisiguit River is being worked on. It’s been seen in Bathurst in the last two weeks, and a Quebec-based marine mammal research group tells CBC they want to take it to the St. Lawrence River. A plan like that has never been done.
