JD Irving has dropped some rocks and fencing at the Weymouth North Wharf to block access to the property.
Several fishermen had the company’s permission to use the wharf. The fishermen have all been aware of liability issues at the wharf and were all told to have a $2 million liability policy for their respective vessels.
