21-year-old Brandon Blake Colford will have his motion to withdraw an earlier guilty plea to second-degree murder in the death of 49-year-old Michael Ryan heard in September, that; according to The Leader.
Colford pleaded guilty to the 2016 home invasion and stabbing death of Ryan, a retired NB Power worker.
An autopsy showed that he suffered 50 wounds on his body, including major stab wounds to his head and torso.
