People on Sissiboo Road in Digby are quite fed up with road conditions. Residents say this year is among the worst for potholes, and that the province didn’t grade the road once until May 19th. People on Little French Road also say it went without grading until May 29th. Residents are fearful that sad-sack road conditions could keep emergency vehicles from having direct access to their homes.
Windsor is trying to calm frustration over the ‘Big Dig.’ The extensive infrastructure replacement work on Gerrish Street is causing some downtown traffic woes.
