Caitlin O’Connor, an 18-year-old psychology student at Mount Allison University, took the title of Miss Maritime International 2017 at the Ms., Miss and Miss Teen Maritime International pageant in Dieppe recently.
Her first pageant was last year’s Miss Salmon Festival.
There, she won First Princess and Miss Photogenic.
She will reign as Miss Maritime for the coming year and will be at various events, such as yesterday’s Tim Horton’s Camp Day in Atholville.
