19 year old Devin Morningstar of Moncton plans to appeal his life sentence for the first-degree murder of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie in December of 2015 and also setting fire to a home in Moncton, the middle unit of a triplex.
19 year old Tyler Dominique Noel has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and arson.
21 year old Marissa June Shephard is charged with first-degree murder and arson but does not yet have a trial date.
