26 year old Timothy Robichaud of Miramichi will serve six months time for breaching a prohibition order to not have any contact with or communicating by any means with a person under the age of 16 years.
The National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children received two complaints from the mother of the 15 year old victim from California.
The mother told authorities that her son was having sexually explicit conversations with Robichaud, and had made plans with Robichaud to meet in California in March of this year.
