The 85th Apple Blossom Festival was Rooted in Tradition, and some blah weather. It was barely into double digits for Saturday’s parade (held in Kentville after almost controversially moving to New Minas) but the turnout was still good for that and that night’s AVR/Magic 949 street dance. Yesterday was nicer for the Duck Race and Sunday’s events. Princess Aylesford Amy Meister was crowned Queen Annapolisa.
