A 19-year-old man has been arrested for assaulting another man in a downtown Halifax apartment. Halifax police say a 26-year-old man sustained a head injury in the assault. Police say the two men had recently met at the Gerrish Street Towers apartment where the assault took place around 9pm on Friday night. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
