The Sunny Corner RCMP is continuing its efforts to locate a missing 84-year-old man from Trout Brook.
Marcel Berthiaume has not been in contact with friends or family since May 20th . It is unusual for him to be out of contact for such a long period of time and efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful. RCMP Air Services, and local residents have been involved in the search.
Marcel Berthiaume is white. He is 5’7″ tall with a slim build, weighing between 130 and 150 lbs. He could be wearing a green vest, blue jeans and a blue and grey plaid coat.
The RCMP has released a photo of the vehicle Mr. Berthiaume is believed to have been driving, a blue 2008 Jeep Liberty with New Brunswick license plate number JIA 316. Berthiaume has been known to routinely take drives in the woods, generally in the Mullin Stream and Fraser Burchill Road areas.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Marcel Berthiaume, or who may have seen him or his vehicle since May 20, is asked to contact the Sunny Corner Detachment of the Northeast District RCMP at 506-836-6000.
