Recently, the Amherst Chapter of the Kidney Foundation of Canada presented the Unsung Hero Award to Linda Dobson and the Contributor Award to Darrell Cole.
Dobson is a retired clerk from the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, while Cole is the managing editor of the Amherst News and Citizen-Record.
