Tory government would take steps to ensure accountability

Jamie Baillie says a Tory government would promote government accountability by introducing a No Boondoggle Guarantee. It would automatically enact an internal audit when a government project goes more than 10% over budget. The party would also establish an Independent Office of the Commissioner of Ethics and Conflict of Interest, among other measures.
