Developer Keith Brideau has bought more historic buildings and has big plans to renovate them, according to the Telegraph-Journal.
Brideau, President of Historica Developments, recently closed a deal for the buildings known as Parrtown Place on King Street. There are restaurants on the ground floor and doctor’s offices upstairs. He’s planning to renovate the buildings while keeping the current offices on the second floor, then create 20 loft apartments on the upper floors along with a rooftop patio.
