Another candidate has dropped out of the election race because of online postings, making it one each for the three major parties.
Jad Crnogorac, the PC candidate in Dartmouth South, was dropped by the Tories because of multiple Tweets about a date rape drug. Conservaive leader Jamie Baillie said when it comes to things like rape culture and making jokes about it, that crosses a line.
Crnogorac said she shouldn’t have posted the jokes, but told CTV she was treated differently than another Tory candidate Matt Whitman who was also criticized over social media postings.
