Bridgetown Regional High School’s Me to We and community group Stand Up are having a silent walk next Monday. It’s to celebrate and show support for diversity in Nova Scotia, and you’re welcome to join. Meet at Jubilee Park before 4 that afternoon, with a barbecue lunch and a performance by the Joseph Bezanson Trio afterwards. All proceeds are going to the area’s new refugee family.
