Sussex will implement a strategic plan to seek out new economic opportunities and help reduce the economic impact from the January 2016 closure of the Picadilly mine, thanks to cash from the federal and provincial taxpayers.
MP Alaina Lockhart and Rick Doucet, say that ACOA and the province are providing just over 162 thousand dollars for a geothermal energy study at the potash mine site.
