A 22 year old man has been sentenced to jail time after pleading guilty to a sex offence.
Singer/Songwriter Johnathan Stephen MacInnis of Northside East Bay was given 165 days after he pleaded guilty to sexual interference with a boy who was under 16 at the time last November. Other charges including sexual assault were withdrawn.
