1st Kingston Scouting is hosting a wildflower seed packet give-away.
BEE PREPARED is being held in conjunction with Good Turn Week. until Sunday, Scouts Canada is celebrating Good Turn Week, a youth-driven initiative that aims to foster a stronger sense of community and friendship in Canada through consideration and assistance to others.
During Good Turn Week, Scouts Canada challenges Canadians of all ages to perform a Good Turn and encourage the recipient to pay it forward, generating a cycle of goodwill across the country.
Members of Scouts Canada 1st Kingston Scouting, including Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Venturers will be giving out their seed packets tomorrow from 10am – 1:00pm at the Atlantic Superstore on Main st in Kingston. They will also be set up at Greenwood Walmart (10am-12noon) & Sobeys (10am-1pm).
