Tories unveil plan to recruit women, African NS, Indigenous to political parties

Jamie Baillie has unveiled the Progressive Conservative plan to encourage recruiting more women, African Nova Scotians and Indigenous Nova Scotians to political parties.  In a Tory government, the per-vote funding parties receive based on their last election result will be 1.5 times higher for votes cast for those three groups.
