Applying for the 2017 Nova Scotia moose licence lottery is now on. 345 licences are available in the five moose-management zones, all of which are in Victoria and Inverness counties. Applicants must live in the province, have a valid Nova Scotia Wildlife Resources Card and be 18 years old. Applications close at midnight on the 31st.
