Five people were arrested after multiple separate shoplifting incidents yesterday. A 45-year-old Bathurst man is being charged with attempting to steal lobster from the Douglastown Sobeys, while 40- and 75-year-old men and 39- and 67-year-old women were taken in after incidents at Sobeys and Walmart. All four of them are from outside Miramichi.
