22 year old James Clayton Dicks of Kentville, who’s up on a number of sexual assault and sexual touching charges involving an underage girl; has changed his pleas to guilty.
He will be sentenced in June for fondling and failing to comply with probation.
Dicks committed the fondling and probation offences in North Kentville between March 12th and April 28th of last year.
A broadcast ban is protecting the identity of the victim.
