The Crown has dropped the drug trafficking charges against Dr. Sarah Dawn Jones in court in Bridgewater.
Prosecutor Josh Bryson withdrew charges of trafficking oxycodone and possession for the purpose of trafficking, saying there was insufficient evidence to show the drugs weren’t being provided to a patient. Bryson, however, is proceeding against Jones with two fraud charges and one of drawing a document without authority.
