The Long Pond Hockey Heritage Centre funding requirements are now under review by Windsor and West Hants.
Windsor town council recently agreed to change how they cover their $1-million contribution towards building the hockey arena.
The town and West Hants have agreed to joint ownership of the facility.
Provincial taxpayer’s will provide $3 million, and the feds are expected to kick in; as well.
