Property boundary case

Constable John Campbell has told a Police Review Board hearing he was protecting his aunt from someone she feared like a monster under the bed.

Campbell took the stand yesterday at the hearing into a complaint by his aunt’s neighbours Stephanie Bonner and Ted O’Quinn, who were charged with criminal negligence in a dispute over a property boundary and shared driveway.  Campbell told the hearing Bonner was ruthless and repeatedly harrassed his aunt and uncle.  His aunt was fearful about driving on the roadway by herselfd because of the dispute.

The panel is now accepting written submissions from the parties involved.
