A murder suspect has been released on $100,000 bail.
Carvel Clayton is charged with second degree murder in the killing of Shakur Jeffries at a Spryfield apartment building last November. He’s under strict conditions to remain at a specific residence unless accompanied by court-appointed chaperones. He’ll be back in court June 19.
