Dominic Cardy has been named chief of staff for the provincial Tories. He joined the party this year after previously leading the NDP, and replaces Greg Lutes. The Telegraph-Journal also reports Jean-Paul Soucy is leaving his job as the Tories’ executive director as of the 28th.
