Longtime Charlotte West MLA Leland Watson McGaw died this weekend at 89. The Tory served as the Legislature’s deputy speaker, tourism minister and NB Power chairman during his 20-year stint from 1967-87. His funeral will be held Thursday in St. Stephen.
