Two Pointe-Verte men want to convert its elementary school to a community centre. École Séjour-Jeunesse is closing, with students going to Petit-Rocher next year. Euclide Chiasson and Jean Roy tell CBC the focus of the new centre would be trade workshops, as those skills are in demand for the area and it could possibly help keep younger people around.
